Business analyst - PA

Assist VP and EU Director Supply Chain Management/ Operations in the day to day management of their role to enable them to achieve maximum efficiency e.g.



Business analyses
•    Assist with preparing overall commercial reporting
•    Produce intelligence through data analysis and articles to assist commercial specialists
•    Perform ad-hoc analysis, scenarios and benchmarking when needed.
•    Compile European Monthly Reports for all disciplines against tight deadlines and distribute
•    Deal with expenses / Compile Expense Reports
•    Liaise with Internal & External Parties
•    Checking, coding and signing of relevant invoices 
•    Systems and Business Analysis
            CRM – Salesplace 
            Marketing & Share analysis
            Service level agreements
•    Main point of contact for the Europe organisation
•    Manage and track the FCPA third party due diligence process for the company 
•    Manage the customer contract database and filling system 
•    Coordinate the signing of legal documents and third party solicitor requirements 
•    Weekly itineraries for the executive and sales team 

PA activities

•    Diary Management
•    Manage and monitor the travel portfolio  /Travel Arrangements / Travel requests and approvals /General travel queries and visa support 
•    Monitoring of calls and emails and respond where appropriate
•    Arrange and manage executive team meetings, events and conferences 
•    Preparation and typing of PowerPoint presentations and varied documentation, e.g. letters, contracts, emails, agreements, spreadsheets, etc. 

  • Purchasing supplies, stationary, business cards etc. 
  • Communications: Phone, Fax, Email, Internet, Conference Calls

Skills/experience Required
•    Fluent in English is a must
•    Financial background, knowledge and experience (assist with data management and business analysis 
•    Very high analytical skills
•    Very high problem solving and structuring skills, with ability to simplify complex areas
•    Advanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
•    Good communicator (on several levels) and ability to work with, influence and align with multiple stakeholders
